Selected for three key pavilions at Expo 2025 Osaka, i-Mesh brings its unique textile language to projects that explore innovation, identity, and lightness — the very essence of soft architecture.
On June 3, 2025, the Auditorium of the Italy Pavilion hosted the i-Mesh Masterclass “The Pattern in Architecture: Cultural Orienteering Techniques”. This special event explored how patterns—through texture, form, and proportion—shape spatial identity and cultural expression.
Renowned architects and designers, including Mario Cucinella, Jiro Endo, Taichi Kuma, Salvator-John A. Liotta, Yuko Nagayama, and Migliore+Servetto, shared insights on the symbolic and technical power of patterns in contemporary architecture and design.
ARS celebrates the timeless art of tapestry through a visionary fusion of tradition and innovation. This exhibition at Expo Osaka 2025 reveals how threads become living narratives, crafting spaces where history, culture, and contemporary design intertwine.
