EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf has wrapped up, leaving behind memories, meetings, and something tangible at the i-Mesh booth: hundreds of hand-drawn lines from architects, designers, and engineers from around the world. A simple, almost nostalgic gesture, yet it became one of the most interactive and engaging experiences at the fair.
During EuroShop 2026, i-Mesh invited visitors to participate in a unique creative activity: a cardboard sheet, a marker, and complete freedom to design their own pattern.
With only two technical guidelines: lines must touch at least two edges without breaking, the initiative encouraged pure creative expression.
The i-Mesh Pattern Call transformed the booth into a temporary design studio, where professionals could see, imagine, and reinterpret patterns firsthand. The result was authentic interaction, idea exchanges, and a collection of creative visions, showing exactly who the i-Mesh audience is: designers and architects who think visually, inhabit spaces consciously, and avoid pre-packaged solutions.

Putting a marker in the hand of someone used to digital design brings something magical: the hands think, the line becomes personal, and conversations naturally emerge.
i-Mesh experienced this live, as visitors stayed longer than expected, sharing ideas about ongoing projects, patterns they had always imagined, and collaborative design insights. Architects exchanged inspiration, commenting on designs as if they were artworks in a temporary gallery.
Beyond interest in the product, a temporary creative community formed, united by the desire to create spaces with a distinctive, recognizable language.
Drawing a pattern is more than a creative exercise, it’s an act of identity: “This space reflects me, my vision, and my perspective.”
i-Mesh embodies this philosophy. Every panel is custom-made, every pattern is a result of dialogue between designer and manufacturer. No pre-packaged solutions.
In a market dominated by standardization, i-Mesh personalization allows professionals to stand out, achieve authentic quality, and make spaces a true extension of their identity.

i-Mesh patterns are elegant yet inviting, contemporary yet lasting. Inspired by global visual traditions, they offer a current aesthetic language that complements modern architecture without overpowering it.
Visitors could also bring their own sketches from Düsseldorf and see them transformed into real panels, facades, partitions or ceilings, turning personal ideas into beautiful, functional, and unique installations.
For i-Mesh, exhibiting at EuroShop 2026 meant more than presenting a product, it was about starting a conversation with the global design community, understanding needs, collecting visions, and testing how important creative freedom is for architects and designers.
The Pattern Call lowered barriers between company and visitor, making the booth a genuine collaborative workspace. Each hand-drawn pattern became proof that i-Mesh partners with professionals to turn visions into reality, rather than offering ready-made solutions.
In many sectors, quality is a given. What makes the difference is the freedom to carry a vision from concept to completion.
i-Mesh adapts to the needs of each project. Professionals working with i-Mesh usually have a clear vision in mind and want it realized without compromise.
